DAC Scheduler is a production management platform built for a 3D animation school. It was designed to streamline scheduling across the entire program so students and staff could see who's doing what, when it's due, and how shots move through the pipeline — without chasing updates across chats and spreadsheets.
Teams share one hub for tasks, calendars, shot tracking, assets, scripts, availability, and meetings. Filters keep large class/team lists usable (by assignee, category, status, and more).
A shared API keeps the desktop app and web UI talking to the same backend and database, so the school stays in sync whether someone's on a lab machine or in a browser.
From shot pipeline tracking (Animation → Lighting → Comp → FX → Editorial) to production pillars that keep creative vision aligned with scheduling — every feature maps to real production workflows, not generic project management.
Browse the Screenshots tab to see each feature in action — with side-by-side comparisons of the refined web app and the original desktop version.
Every Acodas project is built from scratch around one client's specific needs.
